If you're not a Drupal developer, go to www.drupal.org to know more about it. I consider it one of the best content management systems (CMS) available and it is free. With a bit of effort you can make your own site. If you want something simple, you better use a ready-to-go template or Wordpress. Most hosting companies also have a website builder amongst their options.

If you are already a Drupal developer, I will explain some things that might make your life easier. Remember this document serves mainly as a reference for myself, but can be useful for any other Drupal developer  that works with cPanel in his or her hosting account. That's why I keep it publically available and wrote it in a way others can understand (I hope), including myself.
